Diamondbacks Game 2014

Our family has made a tradition over the past few years to attend a Diamondbacks game each summer. I love the sights, sounds and smells of a ball game. This year was lots of fun! We had originally planned to take Tony's dad as his father's day gift, but the day before the game he hurt his back and couldn't come with us. We frantically asked around for someone else to bring along, but no one could go last minute. Nuts! Oh well, it was still super fun!

 We were sitting up near the top and didn't have any balls come in our direction, but Liam was ready just in case!

 Eliza did so well and even slept through some of the noise.

We got lucky! Last year we were there for the 4th of July celebration and loved the fireworks afterward and Liam was expecting it again. We told him there wouldn't be any fireworks since it wasn't the 4th of July like last year, but toward the end of the game they announced that there would be fireworks! Liam was so excited! The fireworks were played to the "Frozen" soundtrack and we all sang along!

I love this tradition and hope we can keep it up!
