| This year for the 4th of July we went to a church pancake breakfast, then we went to Ben and Shanae's house to swim and have lunch. It was fun to swim, but it soon started to rain pretty good so we decided to go inside and let the kids play. Grandma and Papa came a little late and we ate Papa Murphy's pizza for lunch. After lunch, we went as a family to the discount movie theater and saw "Band of Misfit Pirates" since Liam is so into pirates right now. It was one of those Wallace and Gromit type movies that I don't really care for, but Liam had fun so it was worth it. We went to one of the city parks in our area for the big celebration that night and watched fireworks and had watermelon. Liam loved the fireworks or "big booms." It was a fun 4th. |
